A popular fresh food pub in Cornwall is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen
A Chef de Partie position is now available at a food led pub that has built a good reputation for offering high quality, modern British pub food.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be joining a team of eight chefs preparing fresh, seasonal produce for an average of 30-50 covers which increases during the summer months due to the influx of visitors to the region.This is a great opportunity to work in a property which is pushing to achieve awards and accolades for the high standards of food on offer where you can grow with the business.
The Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie who can work on several sections in the kitchen with the capacity to work well under pressure in a busy environment.A passionate chef who is eager to continue learning under highly skilled senior chefs would be ideal.
