A Sous Chef role is now available with immediate start at a quality focused hotel located in York.
A hotel with a 60 cover restaurant and private dining room is seeking a Sous Chef to complete the kitchen team.This is a great opportunity to prepare modern Brasserie style dishes for the semi branded TDH and ‘a la carte’ menus that are served in the restaurant using the highest quality, fresh, seasonal ingredients. As this is a Sous Chef role you will assist the Head chef with the kitchen admin and systems and take responsibility for the running of the kitchen in his absence.
All chefs applying to this role should have already been working to Sous Chef level for a minimum of 3 years in either a brasserie or hotel in their most recent role in a well respected kitchen serving a high quality restaurant.A Sous chef seeking a role where they can continue to develop their own skills and gain additional training in an expanding company would be ideal.
