A luxury hotel in Berkshire is seeking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef
A multi-outlet hotel with high standards across the board is seeking to appoint a Sous Chef to work in the main kitchen which serves the main restaurant, banqueting department and room service operation. As a result this is a varied role where you will be preparing dishes from a number of different menus in a high volume kitchen where you will be required to work to exacting standards at all times. As Sous Chef you will be second in command of the kitchen with the additional responsibilities of staff training, running service times, kitchen admin, controlling costs and assisting the Head Chef wherever needed.
A Sous Chef with a stable career based within hotels where you have learnt to adapt to a variety of different cooking styles is required to take on this role. A chef who has a strong attention to detail with the ability to lead a team when under pressure in a busy kitchen environment would be ideal.
