A Sous Chef role is now available at a large, multi-outlet hotel in Cheshire
The Head Chef of a modern, corporate focused hotel with a multi-outlet dining operation is recruiting for a Sous Chef to work closely with them in the kitchen. The kitchen team consists of up to 12 chefs who are catering for the hotel’s numerous conference/ events rooms; the restaurant; the bar and room service with the menus featuring all fresh food. In this role of Sous Chef you will be expected to be capable of running service times but also being comfortable to complete the required paperwork for the department.
It is essential that all Sous Chefs applying for this role have been plenty of experience working in hotels that had multi-outlet dining operations with large conference and banqueting department. All round cooking abilities alongside good leadership skills and a good knowledge of the admin requirements of a busy operation.
