A Senior Sous Chef position is available at a boutique style hotel located in North Yorkshire
A hotel situation in a town centre position is recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen at the property. The contemporary hotel offers all day dining in the restaurant which offers formal ‘a la carte’ dining as well as breakfast and afternoon teas but a more informal dining experience is offered in the bar area as well as al fresco during the warmer months. The Head Chef of the property is seeking a strong Sous Chef who can bring flair to the kitchen with high quality cooking abilities but can also bring fresh ideas to the menus and is a strong leader when working with the rest of the team.
All Sous Chefs applying for this role should have stable CVs based in one or two AA Rosette accredited properties ideally within independent companies. A strong team leader who can fully support the Head Chef but also bring all round cooking strengths to the team would be ideal.
