A Pastry Chef is required to join the kitchen of a boutique style hotel located in Northumberland
A small, boutique style hotel that offers its guests as well as non-residents the opportunity to dine in its modern, vibrant Bistro restaurant is recruiting for a Pastry Chef role. In this role of Pastry Chef you will be creating the desserts for the restaurant and private dining room working to two AA Rosette standards as well as creating the breads and petit fours. The kitchen has a lot of modern equipment allowing you to implement new ideas onto the dessert menus and continue to assist with the push for further recognition.
The Head Chef is seeking a strong Pastry Chef who can take full control of the pastry section of the kitchen which is a busy venue especially at the weekend. All chefs should have been working recently to at least two AA Rosette level in a role where you developed your own repertoire of dishes and used the latest cooking techniques.
