An award winning hotel located in Worcestershire is recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef
A Pastry Chef is required to join the kitchen of a high quality hotel which offers its guests award winning dining where you will be required to take full control of the pastry section. The hotel has a two AA Rosette awarded restaurant; a relaxed dining bar area that still has high standards of cooking and a very popular afternoon tea service. As Pastry Chef you will be expected to create the desserts for the restaurant and bar as well as creating the afternoon teas all of which are created entirely onsite using fresh, seasonal ingredients which are sourced from Cotswolds suppliers wherever possible.
A strong Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef who have recently been working to two AA Rosette standards in a kitchen where you were serving a number of different dining outlets and also served afternoon teas is required for this position.
