A Pastry Chef de Partie role is available at a luxury spa hotel located in Kent
A luxury hotel which is a popular spa venue is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team of pastry chefs working in the kitchen. In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will be creating desserts for the buffet style lunches then for the TDH/ a la carte evening service as well as afternoon teas, pastry items and for the regular functions and events that take place at the venue. Working in a busy kitchen environment you will be expected to work well under pressure whilst creating large numbers of covers.
A Pastry Chef de Partie who is seeking a new role in their career but has good experience working in high quality, busy, all fresh food kitchens ideally with hotels is required to take on this role. The ability to cope well under pressure in a busy environment is essential for this role.
