A restaurant and bar located in Manchester is recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef
A Pastry Chef is required to run the fully self contained pastry section at a style restaurant and bar which offers its customers an all day bar menu as well as an ‘a la carte’ menu and a very popular early evening menu. In this role of Pastry Chef you will be creating desserts that are based on the classics but brought up to date with modern twists and will have an input on the design of the menu. This is a great opportunity to work within a modern, well equipped kitchen creating unfussy, high quality desserts in a great working environment.
A Pastry Chef with experience of cooking modern British desserts in a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen is needed to take on this role. It is important that you are capable of managing the pastry section whilst being creative with your cooking and menu design.
