A Junior Sous Pastry Chef is required to join a leading hotel in North Yorkshire
A leading hotel that offers its guests award winning dining is seeking a Junior Sous Pastry Chef to work under the Pastry Chef. In this role of Junior Sous Pastry Chef you will be preparing multi-AA Rosette fine dining desserts; Brasserie style desserts; banquet desserts; petit fours and all yeast products served in the hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to join a kitchen where you will be working with modern equipment to create dishes that follow the latest trends and are created with the most recent techniques.
A Pastry Chef de Partie who has a background working in hotels with at least two AA Rosettes but is looking to step up into a Junior Sous Pastry Chef role would suit this role. The ability to adapt to a variety of different menus and cooking styles is essential. All applicants should have stable CVs with longevity in each role.
