A Head Chef role is available for an exciting new opening restaurant located in a buzzing area in Sheffield
A privately owned, restaurant is seeking a Head Chef who can ensure that the venues customers are enticed with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes. It will be a destination for diners seeking the best and most creative meals made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The 40 seater licensed restaurant will be open as a cafe bar during the day, then a dinner menu will be made available from Wednesday to Saturday evenings. The owners are looking for a head chef with experience in Vegan and Vegetarian foods who is innovative and will relish the opportunity to design and introduce their own menus. As head Chef you need to be able to fully organise your team so that they are fully prepped as this is an all day dining venue.
All chefs applying for this role should be Head Chefs who have been working in fast paced, all fresh food restaurants with experience of Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes, and with stable CVs showing longevity in your roles.It is important that all applicants are commercially minded with a strong financial awareness when running a kitchen.You will be working closely with your team in the kitchen, leading them from the front so its important that you have excellent management skills.
