A Head Chef role is available at a high quality hotel located in Northumberland
The General Manager of a hotel with a multi-outlet catering operation including a top quality, award winning restaurant is seeking a Head Chef to take charge of the kitchen. As Head Chef you will be managing a team of eight chefs ensuring that they are working to the standards that you implement through ongoing training. The kitchen is catering for a multi-AA Rosette restaurant offering modern British dining as well as the conference/ banqueting department which is very popular with weddings. At the same time this Head Chef role will require you to manage the kitchen finances and admin to ensure that all paperwork is up to date at all times.
All Head Chefs applying for this position must have a background in four star, multiple AA Rosette awarded kitchens where you gained experienced of both fine dining and corporate guests. A proven track record with successfully managing budgets, online ordering systems, controlling wage costs and all area of financial management are essential.
