A country hotel located in Worcestershire is recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen
A top quality hotel with a small, highly regarded kitchen is seeking to appoint a talented chef in the role of Head Chef to take control of the kitchen and focus on quality at all times.In this role of Head Chef you will be responsible for creating lunch, dinner and tasting menus that focus on local produce including those grown in the property’s kitchen garden creating modern British and European that show imagination and flair.In this role you will be leading a team of four in the kitchen striving to ensure that they are all capable of achieving the precise standards you expect.
All Head Chefs applying for this role should be focused on quality but must have experience of multi-AA Rosette or Michelin cooking at a senior level in the kitchen.The ability to be hands on in the kitchen, creative with menus and fully organised in all areas of kitchen management is essential.
