A Head Chef role is now available at a highly regarded hotel in Buckinghamshire
A boutique style hotel with a reputation for serving high quality dishes in its restaurant which has won awards and accolades is seeking to appoint a Head Chef to take charge of the kitchen. In this role of Head Chef you will have autonomy to create the menus for the multi-AA Rosette restaurant which serves modern, seasonal menus that feature local ingredients and for the banqueting room which is popular with weddings and private events. Leading a team of seven working in the kitchen you will be hands on, cooking alongside your team whilst also taking full control of the kitchen admin and finances ensuring that you are working within budget whilst hitting your GP targets.
This role needs an experienced Head Chef who has a similar background managing multi-AA Rosette kitchens as well as having previous banqueting experience. The role would suit a creative chef who can create menus that are popular with both residents and outside diners. A proven ability to achieve financial targets and work closely to budgets is also essential.
