A Head Chef role is available at a fantastic hotel located in Kent
The General Manager of a four star hotel is seeking to appoint a Head Chef to take charge of the multi-outlet dining operation at the venue. In this role of Head Chef you will be leading a team of 14 in the kitchen implementing high standards of cooking for all outlets whilst also taking on full responsibility for the management and financial performance of the kitchen. The hotel operates a fine dining restaurant; Brasserie style restaurant; bar food; afternoon teas and hosts numerous functions a week with a very busy wedding trade.
A similar background working as a Head Chef of a multi-outlet hotel with both award winning fine dining and Brasserie style dining as well as a busy banqueting department where you were managing a large team in the kitchen is necessary. All chefs should have a proven record in achieving your financial targets through close cost control without affecting the standard of food served. It is essential that you also retain any accolades that you have achieved (a minimum of two AA Rosettes).
