An award winning hotel located in Hampshire has a Head Chef role available
A boutique style hotel with an award winning Brasserie restaurant is recruiting for a Head Chef to run the kitchen at the property.In this Head Chef role you will be leading a team of eight chefs from the front creating modern British, seasonal dishes to multiple AA Rosette standards for the restaurant as well as private dining events and a busy afternoon tea service.An important part of this role will be ensuring that you maintain the AA Rosettes that have already been achieved at the property whilst also making sure that the departmental costs are controlled and profits maximised without foregoing cooking standards.
A Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef who has been working in a property with at least two AA Rosettes most recently is required for this role.The ability to maintain high standards of cooking whilst performing financially and managing your team in order to maximise their potential are all essential.
