A Head Chef role is available at a four star, one AA Rosette hotel in Warwickshire
A four star hotel which is popular venue for functions as well as having a one AA Rosette restaurant is recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen. The hotel has a well-equipped kitchen which has a team of eight chefs who you will be responsible for organising, leading, motivating and training to ensure that they are all capable of working to the company specifications that you put into place. As Head Chef you will have free reign to create your own menus for the one AA Rosette restaurant which offers its guests seasonal, modern British dining. However, you will be using company core menus for the breakfast service and lounge menus so you must be happy to do this.
A Head Chef who has a similar background working in four star properties with experience of working to at least one AA Rosette standards but also has knowledge of running a semi-branded kitchen is required for this role. A strong manager who has an excellent knowledge of kitchen management with strong IT skills is needed.
