A Head Chef role is available at a four star hotel located in Oxfordshire
A Head Chef is required to take charge of the kitchen of a four star hotel where you will be responsible for a one AA Rosette awarded restaurant as well as the hotel’s meeting and events rooms. In this Head Chef position you will be leading a team of six chefs in the kitchen ensuring that they are following the standards that you put into place whilst creating modern British dishes prepared from locally sourced produce. The role will also require you to work with the company ordering systems; control the financial performance of the kitchen; ensure hygiene regulations are always followed and ensure you are working within company specifications.
A good all round Head Chef who is a strong manager is required to take on this role. It is essential that you have experience working in four star hotels with experience of creating menus and cooking to a minimum of one AA Rosette standards. A financially astute chef who is IT competent and used to working with company specifications is needed for the position.
