A Head Chef role is available at a high quality catering company located in Oxfordshire
In this role of Head Chef you will be working for a catering company that specialise in inflight catering for private clients as well as business airlines. As Head Chef you will be developing the menus making sure that they offer artisan dining to a high standard allowing the company to offer fine dining that can be simplified and training the team of four chefs working with you to produce the dishes to the standards expected. This is a diverse role which will also require you to be involved in food samplings being presented to potential customers whilst managing the kitchen to ensure you are hitting targets and assisting with moving the business forward.
The company is seeking a passionate Head Chef who has a background working in fine dining restaurants or hotels but is now looking for a role where they can continue to work to very high standards whilst been offered better working hours. It is essential that all applicants are confident presenters who have experience of working with customers and are well presented at work. A strong knowledge of kitchen management especially costings and GP is essential for this role.
