A Head Chef role is available at a busy multi-outlet venue located in the Wrexham region of Conwy
A Head Chef is needed to join a multi-outlet venue where you will be based in the restaurant running service times but also overlooking the whole of the dining operation. The restaurant serves over 100 covers on a weekend night which menus for lunch and dinner featuring a mixture of classic dishes, pub meals, grills, sandwiches and salads. At the same time you will manage the function room which seats 50 covers with the majority of functions being bespoke events. There is also a ‘grab and go’ concept at the venue which offers menus, pizzas, full breakfasts etc. As Head Chef you will need to be capable of coordinating all of these outlets whilst also being ‘hands on’ in the kitchen still. There is a great opportunity to earn a decent income related bonus which is based on the whole F&B performance which has a great forecast for the year ahead already.
A Head Chef who is used to organising a number of different kitchens is required for this role but it is essential that you also wish to remain ‘hands on’ working the pass in the restaurant. The role needs a strong manager who can coordinate the team of chefs to ensure that they are all aware of their responsibilities and are capable of working to the standards that you implement.
