A respected hotel located in Somerset is recruiting for an Executive Head Chef to manage the kitchen
A luxury multi-outlet hotel is currently seeking a ‘hands on’ Executive Head Chef to take control of the busy kitchen at the property that caters for a modern British fine dining restaurant, the bars and the banqueting department with a team of 12 chefs. The hotel is seeking a strong Executive Head Chef who is capable of stabilising the kitchen team as well as implementing the standards expected by the company and motivating the team to ensure that these standards are maintained at all times.
As the hotel is popular with both leisure and corporate guests it is important that your background as Head Chef or Executive Head Chef in multi-outlet four or five star hotels reflects this as well as previous experience working with nominated suppliers and some company menus. A strong kitchen manager who has an excellent financial acumen but is also incredibly organised in their approach to work would be ideal for this role.
