A luxury spa hotel located in Bedfordshire is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen
A Demi Chef de Partie role is available at a luxury spa hotel where you will be catering for guests expecting top quality, modern dishes which are also healthy options. In this role of Demi Chef de Partie you will create a high spec buffet lunch service followed by both TDH and ‘a la carte’ menus for the evening service working with all fresh, seasonal produce whilst maintaining the high standards the Head Chef has implemented into the kitchen.
A Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef who already has experience working in a top quality, fresh food kitchen is required to take on this role. Previous experience cooking in a high volume operation ideally in a hotel environment is necessary for this property.
