Commis Chef – CG2238 Full Time Permanent

The owners of this popular luxury multi outlet hotel, located near Macclesfield, are seeking a talented Commis Chef to assist in the busy dining operation and maintain the standards already in place. The recently refurbished hotel offers a rosette acclaimed restaurant serving fine dining dishes, a more informal restaurant with outdoor seating and a bar lounge serving popular afternoon teas and light bites. This is an excellent property for an ambitious Commis Chef as not only will you be joining the brigade of 15 Chefs but you will also benefit from a comprehensive training programme. It is important that the current standards of food served are maintained and pushed to the next level to ensure the popularity of the venue is continued and you will be working with a motivated team of chefs.

Requirements:

This role would suit a Commis Chef looking for a fresh challenge in their career, you must a minimum of 1 years experience working in a fresh food kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and to have on your CV.
