A Northumberland hotel with an ambitious kitchen team is recruiting for a Chef de Partie
A privately owned hotel that is a popular dining venue for its overnight guests and locals is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team of six chefs working in the kitchen.The restaurant of the property has an open plan kitchen where this Chef de Partie role will be based whilst you prepare fresh, seasonal ingredients to create modern British dishes to a high standard.There is also a bar menu at the property that offers simple dishes and light bite options which are also all prepared from scratch onsite.
A strong Demi Chef de Partie or an experienced Chef de Partie who has been working in fresh food kitchens of food led pubs, restaurants or hotels would be ideal for this position.All chefs should have the capacity to fully control their own section in the kitchen, with the ability to work on different sections when required.
