A large, multi-outlet hotel located in West Yorkshire is recruiting for a Chef de Partie position
A fantastic hotel which has a great reputation in the area is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the busy kitchen operations at the property. This role will see you preparing high quality, fresh food for a number of dining options which include an award winning restaurant serving modern British dishes for 60+ covers. At the same time you will assist with the creation of dishes for the bar, lounges and relaxed dining options which all still have high cooking expectations. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to take control of your section ensuring that you are prepared for service, remaining calm during service times and delivering the standards expected by the Head Chef at all times.
This position needs an experienced Chef de Partie with experience working at one AA Rosette level from their previous roles. The ability to adapt to different cooking styles when cooking each dish from scratch in a busy environment is essential.
*Due to the location of the property it is essential all chefs have their own transport*
