An independently owned hotel in the New Forest is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie
The Head Chef of a two AA Rosette accredited hotel has a position available in the kitchen for a Chef de Partie to expand the team of five chefs due to an increase in business as the reputation for excellent dining grows. The hotel is very focused on using New Forest produce wherever possible with the restaurant offering modern British dining in a relaxed atmosphere. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working with all fresh ingredients to create dishes from the regularly changing menus to the high standards expected whilst receiving ongoing training to expand your knowledge.
The role would suit a Chef de Partie with a good attitude to work who has worked in good quality, fresh food kitchens most recently but previous AA Rosette experience isn’t essential as the Head Chef is willing to train you to this level.
