A Chef de Partie role is available at a large hotel located in Buckinghamshire
An opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team working at a four star hotel that offers dining in the Brasserie style restaurant and also has a busy conference/ banqueting department. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be expected to be capable of organising and running your own section in the kitchen, working with fresh, locally sourced produce in the open plan kitchen environment.
A strong Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Chef de Partie who has already been working within hotel kitchens would be ideal for this role although high quality pub or restaurant backgrounds will also be considered. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume kitchen is essential.
