A Chef de Partie Prep Chef is required to work at a pub in the Liphook region of Hampshire
A very busy pub is seeking to employ a Chef de Partie to work as a Prep Chef in this fresh food kitchen that can serve over 200 covers during dinner service. In this role of Chef de Partie Prep Chef you will be expected to carry out plenty of prep for service times to assist the rest of the time. Whilst the main kitchen is closed between lunch and dinner service you will be required to create sandwiches for customers and also assist in service. This role will see you working five days out of seven on a rota basis working shifts from 12pm to 8pm.
A chef who has been working at Chef de Partie level is required to take on this Prep Chef role. It is essential that you can work quickly whilst maintaining high standards in a high volume, fresh food kitchen. Knowledge of a number of sections in the kitchen alongside excellent knife skills are essential.
