A traditional country pub located close to Ruthin is recruiting for a Chef de Partie position
A country pub with a traditional feel that is privately owned is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the small team of chefs in the kitchen who are seeking to rebuild the pubs name after it was closed for a number of years. The Head Chef is seeking a Chef de Partie who can be relied upon to come to work, control their section and deliver the standards expected with no real responsibility so would be ideal for a chef seeking a steady role. The hours will be up to 40 a week as the pub is quiet at the moment serving up to 20 covers an evening.
A Chef de Partie seeking a role where they can focus on cooking with no pressure to take on extra responsibilities would be ideal for this position. A background working with all fresh food where you were capable of running your section and could be relied upon to work the hours you were rota’d on is essential.
