Chef de Parties are required to join a well established, expanding pub group
An established, expanding pub group are seeking Chef de Parties to work in the kitchens of their properties that offer high quality pub meals all prepared from fresh ingredients. The menus at the group follow the seasons with menus created by the Head Chef as well as a few core best sellers which are available throughout the year. In this role of Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to continue learning in a kitchen where you will receive continued training with excellent career progression opportunities within the group.
All chefs applying for these positions should have been working at Chef de Partie level in their most recent role within a fresh food kitchen. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy pub environment is essential.
