A Breakfast Chef de Partie role is available at a well established hotel in North Yorkshire
Although this is a Breakfast Chef de Partie role you will also be required to work in the main kitchen carrying out 5 early shifts and 2 evening shifts a week averaging 50 hours a week. This is an important role in the kitchen as the guests of the hotel have high expectations so they need a Breakfast Chef de Partie who can offer them consistent high quality cooking on the breakfast shift that complements the high standards in the restaurant. The role will allow you to learn all sections in the kitchen, allowing you to move around the sections in order to offer full support to the Head Chef.
A strong Chef de Partie who is seeking a role where they can whilst cooking to high standards under pressure would be ideal for this position. A keen, enthusiastic chef who is seeking a challenging role in an environment where you can continue to learn and build all round cooking skills.
