A Banqueting Chef de Partie role is available at a large hotel located in West Yorkshire
A multi-outlet hotel with a very popular conference and banqueting department which is used by both the leisure and corporate market is seeking a dedicated Banqueting Chef de Partie. In this Banqueting Chef de Partie position you will be preparing a wide range of banquets, conference lunches, buffets and canapes for the events that take place at the venue. The hotel is capable of hosting a number of different events at once with a capacity of over 200 covers so it is important that you can be organised in your approach to work.
A Chef de Partie who has a lot of previous high volume banqueting experience is needed to take on this role. The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines whilst working with all fresh food is essential.
