A Banquet Chef role is available at a high volume hotel located in Lincolnshire
The Executive Chef of a four star, multi-outlet hotel is seeking a Banquet Chef to take control of the conference and banqueting side of the dining operation which is popular with corporate guests, weddings and special events. The conference and banqueting department is capable of hosting events for over 300 covers with a mixture or regen and plated banquets being sent from the kitchen. As Banquet Chef you will need to be organised for each separate events whilst also controlling the chefs working alongside you ensuring that each event sticks to the strict timing schedule agreed before the event.
This role would suit an experienced Banquet Chef or a Sous Chef who has a lot of previous banqueting experience in their previous roles. The ability to control a kitchen where the chefs are working under pressure and preparing all fresh food for large numbers of covers is essential.
